by Dave Ackroyd - December 7th, 2009

Forget the January sales, Transition Derby are organising a free clothes swap party. A similar event in the city two years ago saw almost 650 clothes swapped in one afternoon, which avoided all these unworn clothes going to landfill. So dig out your unloved clothes from the back of your wardrobe and swap them for something new (to you!) without digging into your purse.
At: Lonny Wilson Croft Community Centre, Stepping Lane, Derby. 30th January 2pm-6pm
Louise Adams talks up our Clothes Swap on Radio Derby.
