November 21st 6.30pm – free entry – Friends Meeting house
Highly respected expert in Sustainability and Energy Conservation, John Beardmore, will help you to reduce your energy bills, reduce your carbon footprint and prepare for a future of ever greater energy costs and supply problems, at a special workshop in Derby on 21st November. The event, sponsored by Transition Derby, is FREE and open to all at The Friends Meeting House, next door to Radio Derby at 6.30 pm for a 7.00 am start.
Having helped many companies, organisations and families save hundreds of thousands of £’s with impartial advice and expertise, John is the ideal person to demonstrate how you can save money, keep warmer and save the planet . A real Win-Win-Win.
The workshop will look at where energy is typically lost from our houses, what developments can help to improve the situation, and what you can do, as cheaply as possible, to improve your own home with insulation, better ventilation, and renewable energy.
There is no entrance fee, although a contribution will be requested for refreshments.
