Transition Derby

I'd like to invite you to Transition Derby's 1st Birthday. This will take place on Saturday 10th April 6.30pm at Friends Meeting House, St Helens St, Derby. Please come along to this event - especially if you are a member of TDUK - as we want it to be a special celebration of our achievement through this year. We will holding our first AGM at this meeting and this will be followed by a talk from Dr Allan Glennie about willow construction. The AGM will consist of: * Chair's report celebrating all our achievements through the year, * A full financial breakdown of the monies we've taken and where it has gone by our Treasurer, * Voting for any changes required to our constitution * Electing members to the management board for the following year. Please may I ask for any proposed changes or additions to our constitution be forwarded to me by email in good time ahead of the meeting. These should be worded in such a way that they can be placed straight into the constitution. Please also state which section of the constitution the change or addition should be placed.
