Annual General Meeting 2011

Invitation

All members of Transition Derby UK are invited to the Annual General Meeting, which will take place at Ferriby & Barron Rooms, Broomfield College, Morley on April 9th 2011 at 3pm.

This is going to be a very interesting event as:

  • We will also be launching the Transition Derby Solar Club, which is all about creating a group of people interested in joining together and reaping the “volume” benefits of a large group purchase to install Solar PV on their own properties.
  • After the AGM we have a talk on the progress of the Broomfield Food Hub from Louise Curd, Director of Broomfield College and David Harris, Manager of the Food hub, plus a tour of the Hub.

Executives

Chairman – William Barron

Vice Chair – Vacant

Treasurer – Ian Care

Secretary – Stevie Rosso

Webmaster – Colin Bodley

Membership Secretary – Vacant

As per our Constitution all of the executives above have expressed their willingness to stand for re-election for a further term of 1 year, after they resign, apart from Stevie Rosso our Secretary. Therefore we have the following positions to fill:
